The scope
One Sub for the Whole Interior Package
Most interior packages get split across three subs, and the seams between them are where schedules go to die. The framer blames the drywall crew, the drywall crew blames the grid guy, and the general contractor spends a week refereeing.
We self-perform all three. Same crew, same foreman, same phone number from layout through punch list. When something is wrong it is ours, and you only have to tell one person.
