Curtis Byers II and Annie Fodge, owners.
Family Owned, and We Mean the Small Kind
Curtis Byers II started in construction young and never left it. He runs the field: layout, crews, and the walk-throughs where somebody has to say out loud that the drawings and the building do not match.
Annie Fodge runs everything that is not a jobsite. Bids, billing, scheduling, and the part where a general contractor calls at four on a Friday and needs an answer before Monday. She also works in the medical field, which is a strange thing to put on a construction website until you have watched her triage three jobs at once.
Between them, that is the whole management structure. No estimator you never meet, no project coordinator forwarding your email to someone else. You get one of two people, and both of them know where your job stands.
Three Things We Will Not Move On
A date we can actually hold
We would rather lose a bid than win it on a duration we know is fiction. If the schedule you have been handed is not real, you will hear that from us at bid time, when you can still do something about it.
Nothing covered before you walk it
Layout gets approved before a stud goes up, and the framing gets walked before board goes on. A wall in the wrong place is cheap to fix while it is still chalk on a slab.
Our own crew, start to finish
Framing, board and grid all come from the same people. When something goes wrong there is no seam between trades to argue over, because there is no seam.
Ten Venues Around the Front Range
Topgolf. iFLY. Overdrive Raceway. MOD Pizza. Sonic. Floyd’s 99. Dart Wars. Cutter Aviation. Sunset Amphitheater. A Newton storefront. Framing, drywall and grid on all of them.
Send Us the Drawings
Plans, a scope, or even a set of photos and a walk date. We will come back with a number and a schedule we can actually hold, usually inside two business days.
